Default Another way of payment processing (net banking)

I have a new twist on this subject in my country we have a system called bpay which is supported by all the banks here in Australia.

People pay can pay their phone bills, power bills etc using their net banking or phone banking.

All they need is my bpay merchant account number and an individual reference number for that sale.

If I could do transactions this way then the security on transactions would be absolute as all the transactions would be handled by their banks respectively.

The only data I would have to take is their contact ,address details, order and transaction reference number.

And I could ship the goods as soon as I validate their payment has been processed.

thanks Darkshade
