Really nice, remember that i saw an article last year about this. I am planning to make a really nice shopping site for Romania, here are a few only, actually something for Oradea (my city) but the biggest problems are not the credit (or debit) cards that almost everyone have one, the problem is the payment processors that exist here in Romania. There is on one: e-payment.ro but they have very very high rates and also setup fees etc, so actually start a business trough them is quit imposible unless you are a big company.
I rely very much on paypal to open the doors for Romania too. I think that this opening is a big step ahead for every of us.
